In Short
Since the 1960s, PIP has presented professional productions ranging from Shakespeare, classic Greek drama and Restoration comedy to contemporary plays and world premieres. The Marx Theater is a 600-seat, three-quarter arena stage. The more intimate Thompson Shelterhouse Theater seats 200 and is the setting for more experimental productions. Each theater offers five productions throughout the season. The lobby areas have been expanded with impressive views of Cincinnati's skylines and larger areas for pre-show dining.
