What People Are Saying About Havana Martini Club

In Short – The high-class clientele selects drinks from a book of premium liquors and martinis while enjoying weekend entertainment from local swing, jazz and blues musicians. The smoking lounge is a favorite for cigar aficionados who come to sample fine brands like Dunhill, Montecristo and Macanudo. Waiting for friends? The front patio is a great spot to people-watch when downtown is bustling with activity.
No second chance for Havana. Previous location wouldn't serve my ethnic freinds.

We were treated horribly at Havana Martini Club. I brought two freinds from Ecuador who don't speak english to Havana. I paid the cover for the group and we first headed to the bar to order drinks. The bartender simply wouldn't serve us. It seemed as if it was because I was with people of ethnic background. We waited while she helped every other person who approached the bar and when we were the last customer standing she still didn't acknowledge us. I got her attention and placed an order. She took the order but walked away and didn't bring our drinks. We waited, and waited, and waited for a very long, uncomfortable time before we decided to leave. We asked for the cover charge back but they refused to give it to us. I told them why were leaving and the way we were treated and they just didn't care and kept our money. I should say that this happen at the previous Havana location but I, for one, will never forget the way my freinds from Ecuador were treated.
- Pros: None
- Cons: Don't treat people equally
Outrageously Expensive

Havanna can't even begin to be considered an after work happy hr location. Great atmosphere & potential. A few costly after work & weekend visits, inconsistent costs from bartenders for exact same drinks, service that's missing a personal or friendly touch our group has decided not to return. HIGH covercharge for bands along with $21 for 2 domestic beers & 1 well drink (not premium bourbon) the value is just not worth it when other nice locations with live entertainment are more in tune to KEEPING valuable customers. Conversations with the live entertainment personnel have lead me to believe they too are dissatified with club costs. The Havanna Martini owners need to do market research to understand cost comparsion before it's to late.
- Pros: live entertainment, atmosphere, location
- Cons: cost, lack of service, attitude of bartender
bad experience

Service is terrible and for a place that is supposed to be a Martini bar it is ridiculous. For after work it has nothing going for it. The only plus it has is the musice they offer on certain nights.
