Best Salads & Sandwiches Ever!

I travel to Cincinnati on business twice am always looking for a healthy lunch spot. We found ingredients by accident, and wow! were we pleasantly surprised!! It has EVERYTHING you could ever want in a salad/sandwich shop. With the myriad of possible ingredients in each salad, one could literally eat something different every day. Perhaps the best part of ingredients was one particular staff member named Tiffany. She suggested several things we do/see while in town, and helped me create the PERFECT salad! The same can't be said for the rest of the staff (particularly the bored-looking cashiers).

The food was beyond good, and the price was surprisingly affordable. My only regre is that I don't live closer to another ingredients--but I can assure you that I will be returning (multiple times) the next time I am in Cincinnati!

abosolutely fantastic

I have eaten at this place for the past year every week. I have always looked it. The food is great, the staff is always friendly and the price is hard to beat. The menu has a large variety so I am never bored. All of the choices can be prepared for the health conscientious. It is very busy, put they do a great job at moving everybody through quickly. I love it!!

most gourmet spot downtown for fresh food

I just tried this place for the first time today, and it was spectacular, esp. compared to other downtown lunch spots. Very fresh, high quality, good selection for the salads. I've been going to another gourmet-ish salad bar downtown for past two years. This place is much better and not much more expensive. Line moves quickly at lunch. Highly recommended.
