The Scene
Dinner will be for a special occasion for most, given the pricey items on the a la carte menu. With live music in the front wafting through the large dining room, it's perfectly designed for people-watching.
The Food
The raw bar martini, a super-fresh, icy cold appetizer of clams, oysters, shrimp and crab legs, is served in a giant glass. Classic steak toppings such as bearnaise, garlic butter and sauteed mushrooms are offered, but the Hudson Valley fois gras and white truffle butter are guaranteed to take your gastronomic pleasure to an entirely new level. The chocolate illusion dessert--a bittersweet chocolate "tenderloin" filled with raspberry mousse, white chocolate "mashed potatoes" and crisp sugar cookie "onion rings"--is deliciously over the top.

Unostentatious in a high level service , great menu , nice life music , good atmosphere , very clean and very professional !

We loved our time at Jeff Ruby's this weekend. This it THE BEST place for steaks in Cincinnati. We are what you would call regulars so we love seeing our friends here and the wait staff is very friendly and attentive. One thing any person of class would never do is throw a plate at this fine establishment.
