Rare dining experience.
I have been a fan of Kho Sho for over 10 yrs and regard it as a well kept secret.
Yukio has become a guide to an exploration of Traditional Japanese Cuisine.
The sake collection is excellent and the sushi is of a consistently high quality.
Larger more involved sit down dinners with cooking at the table(swish swish) can be enjoyed in a large group or as a couple .The loyal employees of Kho Sho are a community of intelligent erudite young people who add to the eclectic atmosphere.RUMOR

The Best Japanese Restaurant I've been to in Cincinnati.
It is the best Japanese Restaurant I've been to. I am usually fond of Japanese food and go around a lot to eat them, but haven't really come across a decent down to earth Japanese style cooking, until here. If I had a Japanese mom I believe this would be what her food tastes like. (though the chef is a male ^^;). I always have a great time when i go there and the people that work there are always friendly and willing to help you with any questions. On nights I go by myself, sitting at the sushi bar and striking up a conversation with the chef is fun as well. Go on nights because the parking lot next to the store is free. Lunch is cheaper but may bet busy and fast paced to enjoy a slow meal. The price is reasonable compare to other Japanese restaurants in the area (some sushis are comparably cheaper [I've done my research]).
I will recommend anyone who is looking for a good Japanese Restaurant to check this place out~!
Served by the owner on Sunday night. Had a great experience on a Sunday night, a rarity for Sushi. The owner served our table, made pleasant conversation, and explained unrecognized items on the menu. We had a nice time! We didn't have to park as we stayed downtown, but parking may be an issue.
