Outof towners beware!!. This place was recommended by a good friend who used to live in Cincinnati. Apparently either the place has changed since he lived there or they just figure they will get business on game day regardless of their food or attitude. I checked the menu online before we left Indy and it sounded pretty good. Upon our arrival we found the waitress extremely rude. Couldn't even get a normal drink (come on no Ice Tea...really?) the "game day" menu was nothing like what I saw online, and unfortunately we ordered off of it anyway. About the best we could say was that the food was hot. Would definately not go back or recommend anyone else go there!
Opening Day. Opening day is a chance to have fun with other Reds Fans and celebrate. My Fiancee and I paid the ($5 each) $10 to get in to the bar. Generally, I don't pay covers, but it WAS after all opening day. OK so we paid, but I didn't realize the the only beer products were bud stuff. YUCK! All I wanted was one little bottle of Miller Lite, I felt like an outcast and the bar staff could not have cared less. At that point all I could do was try to have a good time and watch their fuzzy little 15" or 19" analog TVs. Sorry for being a poop, but dang. I like Miller Lite, there were none, and the cost of the two buds we choked through came out to $10.00 each considering the door. Bad taste in my mouth. Loved the parade and all of the festivities offered by our awesome Cincinnati. The In Between Tavern was the only really dim spot in an otherwise beautiful Opening Day! Go Reds!!!
Wouldn't eat there again!. Horrible service, the food is okay but way over-priced, and the management couldn't care less whether you come back again or not. We were given dirty silverware, the waitress was impossibly dim-witted, and the bathrooms smelled horrible. Even if it is close to the stadium, there are much better places to spend your money.
Best Sports Bar. Great Enchiladas,Quesadillas,Mexican Linguini,Chicken strips,Burgers and more.Super location with outdoor Beer Garden, just across the street from the Reds Stadium and down the street from the Bengals Stadium. It does'nt matter who your favorite team is, you'll be made to feel welcomed in this friendly atmosphere.Voted "CINCINNATI BEST SPORTS BAR 2007".They are opened for lunch daily.
Editorial Review. Fans congregate on the patio beer garden at this favorite game-day spot for brew, burgers, wings and sandwiches.
