Avril/Bleh's is the finest meat market in Cincinnati. They not only have the greatest homemade sausage in town, but they also have a wide selection of meats, cheeses, seafood and homemade salads. The butchers they have are very professional and make your visit pleasurable. I recommend Avrils to all my friends, and even have friend who place orders from out of town.
Pros: They are a full service meat market, and if they don't have it, they can get it.
Cons: Having to pay for parking on the downtown streets.
