Reception. For those who are not able t o get full reception in your home or office, call CS and inquire about Cel-Fi. It's a reception booster that will help you get full 3G.

HORRIBLE coverage and service. Why can't I just make a call and talk to completion? Invariably I get dropped or get a "error tone" and can't call in the first place. This service sucks more and more each day!

Cincinnati Bell Wireless offers nothing quality. I have nothing good to say about Cincinnati Bell Wireless. I totally agree with most of the other reviews on here. Customers are not important to this company. I am on my 2nd Blackberry with them and am constantly having problems with their service. Their network is extremely unreliable. You can count on some feature (3G, wi-fi, text messaging, etc) going down on their network every week. First of all, I get a ton of dropped calls during all hours of the day and night. I get "network busy" messages every weekday morning and afternoon. The 3G voice quality is poor-I constantly here echoing, crackling, and voice cut-outs when I make a call. There are many times I don't receive text or voice messages. The reception is poor, especially in Anderson Township, and between Felicity and New Richmond in Clermont County. Here's the kicker they don't tell you about-if you go out of the "home" CBW area, you can't send or receive text or picture messages from your handset and Verizon Wireless customers cannot send you any messages. Yet you pay $20 a month for this service. Plus, their billing is VERY shady with lots of extra charges, and their customer service is atrocious. You have to wait up to 45 minutes to talk to a live person in the Phillipines. What a joke. This company will not invest in upgrading its network either, and they lie about being the best "local" wireless network. CBW's motto should be "anything to save a buck." Avoid them! There is nothing good about this shady company.

Cincinnati Bell Wireless and Customer Service is Terrible. Where do I begin?? Literally, everyday there is some network feature or service that is not working or is down on Cincinnati Bell's Wireless Network. Their network is very unreliable. Just two weeks ago, text messages were not being received for several hours, and I couldn't get into my e-mail. Last week, I couldn't send MMS or picture messages, and didn't receive my voice mails. Yesterday, I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi Network. Once these problems are fixed, they happen again within two weeks. It's crazy. On top of all this, customer service does nothing to help. They blame it all on your phone. The voice part of their service is bad too. I get a ton of dropped calls, bad voice quality where it drops out and echoes, and low reception, even in the city of Cincinnati.

Customer Service is terrible, once you are their customer, your screwed. You will be unbelievable disastisfied in the service from start to finish. The service is terrible, half the time I couldn't get a signal in Cincinnati. The customer service is non--existent. I haven't been a customer for 6 months and they are still ruining my credit - even though they did finally correct THEIR mistake, they are going to leave the collections notice on my credit report for 7 years. If you value anything at all in wireless service, customer service, or your credit rating, I would strongly recommend ANY other company for wireless service. You will regret using Cincinnati Bell.

Worst Wireless Carrier in Cincinnati area. I agree with the other review of Cincinnati Bell Wireless. Their service is very poor in the Cincinnati area. The reception in many parts of the city is very low. I have a new Blackberry WiFi phone and am always having problems with dropped calls, network busy messages, poor voice quality, not receiving text messages, and lost voice mails. It doesn't matter if I am connected to WiFi or if I'm on the GSM network. When you call customer service about the problems, you always have to wait 18 to 21 minutes for a live person. It's ridiculous. Then, they blame your phone for causing the problems. I think not! I do not recommend their service at all-you will be very unhappy if you go with them. I am switching over to Verizon.

Cincinnati Bell Wireless is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend Cincinnati Bell Wireless' service to anyone. I've been with them for four months and have had nothing but problems. I liked the idea of no contracts. I just bought my second new Motorola phone. I have numerous dropped calls day and night, poor reception and many dead zones (throughout Cincinnati), bad voice quality (like I'm in a tunnel echoing), busy network messages, and I rarely receive text messages people send me. Not only this, but I was out of town three weeks ago, and was charged roaming fees on my next bill when my plan said there wouldn't be any. I call their customer service line from my phone by dialing 611 and have to wait for 18 minutes before a customer rep comes on. When they come on, they told me that the problems were caused by my phone. Hmmmm.... two phones with the same problem? I think not. Plus, I've talked to many other people who are having the same problems with them. It's their poorly managed network, not the phone. They refuse to spend or invest any money in upgrading their GSM network. Plus, their regional coverage area is small and needs to be expanded. I would highly recommend Verizon Wireless. If Cincinnati Bell Wireless doesn't fix or upgrade their network, they won't be around much longer.
