Took my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe to them for an oil change. When I tried to change it later, they had tightended the filter so hard that the threaded piece which the oil filter attaches to came out with the filter! After getting the filter off finally, I had a friend file the threads correctly and I was able to re thread the piece. I took said filter into Firestone, and they claimed it was my fault! They refused any type of recourse. I will never take my care there again! Worst service ever!

Consumer Beware!!!!. Quoted me at $1600 and charged $2800. Called to complain so they knocked a few hundred off the price, what exactly does that tell you?

Its time to put a stop to this shady business, never, ever take your car here. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

was good but no more. when firestone bought this location from an independant the service went to crap,low pay workers and big profits. your a victim disgusised as a customer

can't even get a simple oil change without issues,my car leaked afterwards and i look under the car and see the oil plug looking stripped like the guy used the wrong size socket and air wrenced it on like he was putting on a tire,i'd do myself if i could get to the filter,at least they'll keep the jiffy lubes in business

Best Automotive Repair Place in Cincinnati. I hate getting my car repaired. I go in with one thing and get told I need 20 other things fixed. Try getting a "free" brake inspection sometime, and some places will hold your car hostage even if you say you don't want the brakes.

Firestone in Milford does not do this. They'll tell you what's wrong and let you decide if they will fix it. The prices are excellent and fair. The managers are the nicest people i've ever met in this business.

Put simply, it's the only place I go to get my car worked on...period.
