April Florist - Horrible Experience. APRIL FLORIST IN LOVELAND OH. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL USE EVERY BIT OF SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET I HAVE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. THE NOT ONLY SENT THE WRONG THING, BUT THEY SENT SOMETHING THAT WAS SMALLER THAN WHAT I ORDERED. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT AND BLAMED VALENTINE'S DAY FOR THE PRICE AND FOR WHAT I RECEIVED. OTHERS WHO SENT FLOWERS TO THE FUNERAL PAID LESS FROM OTHER FLORISTS AND WHERE LARGER AND NICER THAN WHAT WAS SENT FROM THIS CRAPPY FLORIST. BEWARE!!!

Terrible. Take your business elsewhere. I received flowers at my home, and they were so pathetic looking, and dying. We returned the first batch, Aprils Delivered a 2nd batch… SAME problem. We returned the 2nd batch, and asked for our money back. They wouldn’t do it, and were so rude and mean. The lady offered to “give” us 3 carnations, and told us that’s all she can do. I spoke to the owner, who was nothing but a snotty jerk, and told me he gets his flowers from the same distributer as Kroger, so I asked why does Kroger get better stock than an actual florist? He refused to do anything – and after much begging we finally have a decent bouquet. Take your business elsewhere – save yourself the embarrassment of having dead flowers delivered, and the hassle of dealing with a Jerk who knows NOTHING about how to treat customers NICELY!
