Great Place to Purchase an Appliance

This makes my second purchase from Lee & Jacks! Would definetly buy from them again. They know what they are selling and can give you advice on the product you are looking for. If you should have a problem or questions they'll address it. Overall with the purchase price, tax, and delivery charge the washer I purchased was a better deal than I could have gotten anywhere in the Cincinnati area and they even haul your old appliance off for free!!!

Worse customer service

Worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. The owner wouldn't get off cell to help customers he told us to come back to see something we had already called about that day!
