Great prices, great service. We were looking for a place to get several kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven & microwave). We knew we wanted quality appliances at a reasonable price. We checked the major showrooms in town which had great selection. But, their prices were also very high. The contractor that was doing the remodel recommended Lee & Jack's. Being in West Chester, it was a haul for us. But, it was worth the drive. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were great. Delivery was fast.

Have been using them since 1991. Lee & Jacks came recommended to me by a head-strong coworker and it turned out to be advice that I have followed for nearly 20 years.

For our first purchase the owner met us at the store on a day it was closed after mowing his lawn. What a kick.

When looking for a front loading washing machine a few years back the saleswoman was so knowledgeable that I simply made the purchase over the phone. I had been looking for weeks and thought I knew everything (I'm an engineer) but she really knew her stuff. And despite being a GE employee, w/ a GE discount, I made my purchase through Lee & Jack's.

Today I'm looking for a combo gas/electric range and Lee & Jack's is where I will start and likely end my search.

Should have shoped at one of the large chains in West Cheste. I wanted to shop / support an independent appliance store, but this place made me change my mind...... slow, inattentive, and just an all around attitude of "can't be bothered". If you're looking for appliances try Fergueson's plumbing supply showroom in Sharonville.

Great Place to Purchase an Appliance. This makes my second purchase from Lee & Jacks! Would definetly buy from them again. They know what they are selling and can give you advice on the product you are looking for. If you should have a problem or questions they'll address it. Overall with the purchase price, tax, and delivery charge the washer I purchased was a better deal than I could have gotten anywhere in the Cincinnati area and they even haul your old appliance off for free!!!

Worse customer service. Worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. The owner wouldn't get off cell to help customers he told us to come back to see something we had already called about that day!

Knowledgable, friendly, and competitive pricing.. I have bought from Lee & Jack's for about 15 years. They always have the items I need, and they are usually in stock. Delivery is fast & free (one time I had to hurry home to beat them there!) They take their time with set-ups and verify that the appliance is in working order before they leave.

DON'T BUY WITHOUT CHECKING THESE GUYS FIRST!!!
