Two shirts we picked up had HOLES in them, in places that aren't easily snagged. I called and was told I needed to bring them in so Sam (the manager) could look at them and he would call me. After not hearing from him in a week, I called back and was told he wasn't in and they weren't aware I hadn't been contacted. I called again but was told he was at another location. After calling that location, they assured me he was at Amelia that day. Funny thing, the poor girl who took my complaint to start with called me back within minutes and sounded as though she were being coached. Officially, I could get a credit, but "Sam never cuts a check." Why would I want a credit at someplace that ruined two shirts?!
Upon picking the shirts up, since nothing else was going to be done, I noticed the white dress shirt has stains, like liquid had been tossed ALL OVER IT. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well. I understand some issues can be corrected and a credit might suffice, but these shirts cannot be repaired. And the lack of professionalism from this business is unreal!

I just brought in my order the other day. The employees there were very curteous. The service was very prompt and professional. The surroundings are neat and well kept. The prices are unbleivably cheap as they stand by there logo "Quality for less!"
I definately reccomend this very efficient Dry Cleaners to all my friends and family.
I called on the recomended day to see if our cleaning had been completed. The girl on the phone acted a little funny and told me to check in the next day. After a week, I stopped in to pick up our dry cleaning. The girl told me that they had given our stuff to another customer and had to ask the people to bring it back. She said they would rewash it for us, but that it would be a few more days because their boiler was broken. I returned home and relayed this information to my wife. My wife called to see if we could get our money refunded. The girl told my wife that she had made a mistake and that our order was not the one that was sent home with someone else, completely changing her story around. She then called us liars and hung up on my wife when she requested for a manager. They then refused to answer the phone, and only picked up after we switched to a cell phone with a different number. The girl then demanded my wife apologize to her for getting upset. We have called and returned to Dry Cleaning Ect asking for a manager several times to complain and get our money refunded. He is never available and will not return our request for a phone call.
The behavior of this buisness, from our experience, is not professional or customer-oriented at all. I have never experienced such bad behavior from someone who interacts with customers in my life. I am honeslty shocked with how poorly they dealt with customers.
