WOW Great Teeth Whitening Experience. I am really happy. I just had my teeth whitened with the new Spa-White treatment and I am impressed. Not only did I save a few hundred dollars (my dentists wanted to do this for $420) but instead I had it done with the Spa-White treatment and I witnessed my teeth getting as white and beautiful as I've seen them in years! Great Job! I admit was somewhat hesitant about this new service at a salon, but now, I'd definitely recommend this to all of my friends or family - especially those who smoke, drink coffee or drink red wine. I have sensitive teeth, but this treatment did not bother me at all and it was very pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful experience Bajon Salon!!!

Love the spa but hate pushy sales people. I really love the color and cut I get from Chris at Bajon but the last time I was in I was interrupted by two people selling me treatments for whitening my teeth. I came to Bajon to relax and get a new look, which I received awesomely but I also had two different people trying to sell me on teeth whitening. I feel like when I come to a spa I am there to relax not to get bombarded with pushy sales people. If I want something done to my teeth, I will go to my dentist where they do not push their products on me. I had to give a rating of four not five because of the pushy sales people.

Best Cut I Ever Had. I went into Bajon in dire need of a haircut. Lisa B. did an excellent job and has gained a client for life.

Best Salon & Stylist. I just recently got my haircut and colored my Lisa B and she is the best! She gave me opinions about my hair and she diffentely made me feel comfortable and let me know she cared about me and my hair. Even the other stylists gave me compliments about my hair everyone was super nice and friendly! After I was finished lisa told me to feel free to come back if i have any problems fixing it my self or anything altered..that made me feel like she really cared about making me feel BEAUTIFUL! thanks Lisa and Bajon

Highly recommend!!!. When I first went to Bajon I wasn't "crazy" about the girl I saw but loved the salon. They gave me a card saying if I was not completely satisfied to please try another designer, so I did and that's when I fell in love with Jade. She is the perfect designer for me and I don't see myself looking for another salon for a long time!!! Thanks Bajon Salon and Jade.

Bajon Salon, not very good results.
I do not use to write reviews but I though it was good to share my opinion to help other girls looking for feedback. I went to Bajon salon based on the rating in this webpage and I really do not know how they got 5 stars.
Lisa B. cut my hair and I was very disappointed. I really regret going there, I was asking for something very simple but she looked like did not know exactly how to do it. She was very nice and friendly though. Unfortunately my hair does not look that nice.

Worst Salon + Service. This was the worst salon I have been to in 15 years of getting salon services around the world. I paid $100 for a manicure and pedicure (very overpriced) and extra to get french manicure polish. The french manicure looks worse than if I would have done it and it does not even carry all the way across my nails. I did not receive all the services that were included in my package and that was shown on the brochure and when i told the MANGER this, she said "oh it must have been a gliche in the printing!" Not only is the manager rude but the service is not up to par with an upscale salon. The ambience is not even relaxing. This was the worst waste of time and $100 I have spent.

Wow! To be that bad, we'd have to be trying!!
We find it interesting that someone takes the time to write "an inflammatory" review, but they won't come back in to let us see what the problem is so we can try to fix it - all they want is a refund on their credit card! This is suspicious.
If we have a problem, and sometimes we do, we bend over backwards to keep our clients happy and satisfied. In order to "fix" the problem, we need to see it and we'll literally beg a client to come in so we can work with them to give them what they want and more! This person refused to come in, refused to take a salon credit and refused to work with us in any way. When she didn't get a refund she got mad and wrote this exaggerated, emotional and unfair review.

Unexpected. After moving to the area from Indiana I was looking for a good place to do my hair. The experience was great. The ladies were very nice and listened to what I wanted. However I was caught off guard during check out, I wasn't informed that getting my hair washed after the dye was going to cost extra. They should really let you know before hand that something is going to cost extra and give you the option to take it or not.

Thank you for your kind review. Just to let you know, when you had your service done (and I'm only guessing because I don't know who you are) you got a color service ONLY and did not get a cut. After your color service your hair was blown dry and styled - this is what you were charged for, not the shampoo. For future reference, the next time you get color (without a cut), you can let your stylist know that you don't want the blow dry and style and save the money. We hope to see you again soon!

Relaxed and Unpretentious.
Michele was outstanding. She understood what I wanted without a lot of detail.
The cut exceeded my expectations, and was probably one of the best cuts I have
ever had. Before I left the salon, I was asked if I was pleased with my cut. I was
provided with a number to call to reschedule or if I had any concerns after I got home.
I received a follow-up call several days later to assure I was satisfied with the cut and
the service. I highly recommend Michele - she can work miracles!

Fabulous Salon!!!!!!.
I have been to several of the more upscale salons in the area and I can tell you that Bajon is by far the most attentive to the client. This is so refreshing considering that you can sometimes run into pretentious attitudes in some of the nicer salons, but that is definitely NOT the case here. Everyone is so friendly! I have been there four times so far to see Brianne and she is so nice; she really takes the time before she begins to listen to what I want.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted promptly and they made me feel very at home every time I visit. I have had the works: colors, cuts, a facial AND waxing...all were outstanding and I left feeling refreshed, happy, and looking great.
Overall, I would highly recommend Bajon for someone wanting to try a new salon with a high standard of service.
