not impressed. I was looking for a makeover and I picked this place because of the good reviews and awards and the fact that they have done makeovers for women. I was assuming for the money that I would also be getting a makeover service. What I was expecting was to go in and tell the lady I needed a makeover and didn't know what I wanted. I was expecting her to tell me what she could do with my hair to make it look good. To make a long story short that didn't happen, the only differance with my cut with the great clips lady was the money. Yes sure you get offered a drink 4 times but I wasn't going to a resturant I was wanting a good cut. By the way I hate my hair and why bother telling them because I diffently do not want it any shorter. I have had cuts in the past that weren't good but I could always work with them. I can't do anything with this cut. I would not go back for the price it wasn't worth it and now I will just have to wait until my hair grows out to be happy,.Review was only on the cut..

Great Salon and Great Staff. When I decided to get hair extensions, I throughly researched salons all over Cincinnati. I ended up going with Bajon Salon for the fusion hair extensions - and I am so glad I did!

Lisa B. did my set and I see her for maintenance on them as well. The whole staff has always made me feel welcome and been very friendly and easy to talk to. She has been great at fitting me in last minute as well!

My hair extensions look amazing and I couldn't be happier! Since Lisa put in my extensions I am constantly being complimented on my hair and people asking me where I get it done.

I highly recommend Bajon Salon!!

Rude and dishonest stuff, sloppy work.. My mom was getting hair extensions there and I couldn't believe how they mistreated her. First, the job itself was sloppy. When she went in for maintenance, they didn't cut the extensions even with her natural hair so you can see them sticking out longer and very noticeable. When she was 5 minutes late for an appointment, they called to ask where she was (she was a bit late due to 5pm rush hour traffic) and she told them she was around the corner. I don't know why they bothered to even call her because as she walked in the door, they took their next appointment instead and made her wait 45 minutes. For the prices they charge, the treatment is the worst. They cherry on the top was that even though she saw her custom color-matched hair extensions at her previous appointment, they lied and said that she had used them all up even though they later insisted that it was their policy to keep clients left over extensions as the property of the salon. Considering that she had to pay in full for all those months of extensions in advance and then they essentially stole them and lied about it, I would say this is a place to avoid at all cost.

First Impressions -First thing you see!. I have been to many Salons I visit and watch listen and learn. Watch to see how the salon is ran and listen to how things are done. I did learn that your first impressions at a Salon tell you if you like to have your hair and makeup done at that salon. First visit was to purchase a gift certificate at Christmas, young lady was very professional and was dressed in a professional manner. (looking at your website her name was Britney A) Returned back to the Salon on Sat the 7th of January to see about your services and to ask questions. I was back for the Second time. Different Watch and listen and learn.. and I learn, I learned that maybe the Salon needs to make changes on the busiest day for the salon the put someone that had no makeup and was very rude to myself and others both on the phone and in person. I was not greeted as I was on the first visit when I walked in. I was walking around the front and not acknowledged for sometime.

She was not on your website.. She was a younger girl. and not dressed for a success, the smoke smell coming from behind the counter was a major turn off for a non smoker. She took the true meaning out of your UPBEAT -BUT NOT UPTIGHT this makes your salon UPTIGHT and not UPBEAT. ** Need to work on first impressions! First impressions is the survival of any company.

Went the extra mile. I hadn't had a haircut or highlight in MONTHS, so I called in a panic when I found I had a job interview the next day. Even being a brand-new customer, Karen fit me in at the end of her day, and gave me quite possibly the best haircut I've ever had. She took time to discuss the pros and cons of several style pictures I had brought, and then did an excellent job of adapting the style to my hair, which was slightly too short on the sides to exactly duplicate it.

She also recommended some products to protect the color and help avoid further straightener damage, and I am in love with these products. They really have made a difference, and they smell very nice too, which makes them a winner in my husband's book!

I am a new loyal customer!

Pleasant Experience. Left another salon after about 10 years and asked to have Karen as my professional stylist and she has been wonderful. She helped me explore some desires I had in changing my style and it was exactly what I have been looking for. Thanks Karen. See you soon!

Great style & great service. Karen has always done a great job listening to her clients. They style is what I want and need to fit my lifestyle, and the highlights match the season (summer vs fall/winter) so I never look out of fashion. If I have a question after the cut/color, she is there to make sure I am satisfied. I have been going there for many years.

Perfect for men or women. I'm from Canada, and have an uncle whose been cutting my hair since I was born, so I've never trusted anyone else with it - but it was time to make a change. So I took my husband to Bajon Salon for an appointment with Shelly, and she just understood what I wanted, and he looked great - so I took a chance, and I love my hair! Not only was Shelly very friendly, she was honest about the style and cut and how it would frame my face, plus she let me know that if I had any questions about redoing the style at home I could email anytime.

I'm really happy I found the perfect salon.

YOU'LL NEVER LEAVE UNHAPPY. Karen and her team are a wonderfully trained staff that holds the highest regard for their clients. They treat their clients like family, just as they treat each other. I LOVE Bajon!!!!!! You will too!!!!!!!

THE EXTRA EXTRA MILE. I told Karen I wanted to be a blond, not just highlighted blond but ALL blonde..she did whatever it took, stayed after hours and kept on processing my hair to perfection. I felt like a really special person and I will be going back for sure!
