Fit from the farm menu. I went to eat and was worried that I couldn't find something healthy. To my suprise I had a delicious, affordable and most important quality food

Great Bob Evans. I absolutely love Bob Evans. They have delicious home style food (my favorite being the chicken sandwhich, being that I love chicken sandwiches and this is my favorite place to get them.) Their service is normaly really good. The servers normally come and take care of us as soon as we arive. They're normaly pretty busy on Sundays. but that's because of the church crowd... I think that is a good thing, though, because they must have a lot of loyal customers :). The one in West Chester is a little bit far away from my house, but when I go out there, the food and service are exceptional.

Same Bob Evans food, Horrible service!. I've been in the customer service industry since I started working. So, I appreciate good service and I can sympathize with servers. We went to this Bob Evans location last Sunday. We waited for a good 10 min. before our table was greeted, after I had to get up and request service after seeing two other tables that were seated after us in our section had already gotten their drinks. Our food took a really long time and our server sort of half apologized for the wait. When we paid our bill, the cashier said "How was everything?" When we expressed our displeasure, and we were kind but honest, she offered no remedy and just let us walk out of there baffled and thoroughly unsatisfied. I realize it was a Sunday lunchtime visit but the wait and the true lack of service would have been a little funny if we hadn't been so hungry! We won't be back.
