Quality Custom Butcher with a Personal Touch.
The quality and selection of meats is what you would expect from a custom, high quality butcher - GREAT!!!
The service, however, goes well beyond what is expected. Greg takes the time to know each and every customer and caters to their every need. It is common to receive cooking tips for each cut of meat purchased.
The 'chicken' sausages made by Greg's taste every bit as good as their pork and beef cousins with added health benefits. You can still get the standard (but high quality) pork and beef varieties as well.
I would not buy our meats ANYWHERE else.
