The Good: The lane bumpers auto-raise/lower according to ones abilities. The cheap Sunday prices. The Bad: The cheap Sunday prices reflect the quality of the lanes (warped), poor working condition of the pin sets halting our bowling 11 times (would sometimes take 3-4 bowls p/frame cause the pins would reset like no one had bowled yet), & the bowling b-lls often got stuck. The Ugly: Issue 1) The treatment of non-regulars by Management was atrocious. For our 1st (and last) experience at this place, we brought our 2 kids (6 & 3) for "open bowl" on Sunday morning and met friends with their 6 y/o for a morning of fun before the Christmas holidays. Our friends brought bagged cookies as our Christmas gift for the season and we set them on the table (in the appropriate area) by our lanes. A sign says no food or it will be confiscated but we didn't bring it in, our friends did. After 1.5hrs of bowling a child went to the bag, got 1 cookie, and ate it at said table. Another child asked for 1 cookie and began eating it - again at the table. The guy behind the counter approached my wife saying we either needed to remove the cookies from the premises or he would dispose of them himself!!! No warning, nothing said for 1.5hrs. Just, basically, get the food out of here!!! So, we obliged and removed the present we received. Issue 2) He was great at getting stuck bowling b-lls & handling the numerous problems w/ the returns but, when one child had a ball stop w/in 5ft from the top of the lane and he was busy, I began to get the ball by walking ON THE WALK between the lanes - just as he had done 4-5 times before. I was trying to help him but he yelled, yes, yelled at me to stop and get off the walk. I told him I was trying to help HIM as he was busy at the time and probably getting tired of retrieving the b-lls. Was I wrong, maybe, but it could've been handled better. Go somewhere else that appreciates ALL bowlers, young & old, & treats them appropriately & w/ respect.

Pros: Auto-raise/lower bumpers for kids. Handling lane issues.

Cons: Treatment of non-regulars. Poor approach to new customers.
