I can't say enough good things about Dr. Busdiecker. He is the most patient, kind, dentist I've ever encountered. I've been going to him for years. I'm phobic about lying there in the chair unable to move with strange, and possibly painful or sickening procedures going on and he and his staff make me feel completely at ease and comfortable, as is possible, through the whole thing. Thank you, Dr. Busdiecker, for making a necessary evil bearable for me!
Cons: I wish the office were closer to me.

My family moved a lot when I was growing up, so I've been to a fair number of dentists. Without question, Dr. Busdiecker's office is the best I've ever visited. The comfortable environment (calming music, neat fish tanks, tasteful decorations) and truly incredible staff make it as pleasant as one could hope for when getting dental work done. Dr. Busdiecker is friendly, thorough and skilled, and he's not one to push unnecessary services on his customers. The staff clearly explained procedures and options in a way that made me feel comfortable with the services they recommended. I've gotten my regular cleanings done there, as well as several cavity fillings and a crown. When I cracked my tooth, they got me in right away for an emergency visit. When I had to get a crown for that tooth, they explained the pros and cons (cost, wear, aesthetics, effect on the procedure) of the different materials they could use to create the crown. They seem to work hard to minimize pain, maximize customer service and educate patients. If you're new to the area or even just not totally satisfied with your current dentist, I highly recommend going to Beckett Ridge Oral Enhancement.
Pros: friendly staff, gentle, knowledgeable, great ambience, no pressure, early morning appts
Cons: none!
