I received the worst hair cut ever. My hair is about 4 inches shorter than I told her to cut it. I repeatedly said you are cutting it to short. I finally had to get up out of her chair to make Diane stop cutting my hair. When I said it is to short she had the nerve to say Whatever! Wow. I am waiting for someone to call me back.

How I keep from looking my true age.
I use many of the services at the Parlour. Your hair is your crowning glory its important how it looks. Missy does a great job of coloring and cutting my hair. I look up to date yet natural. But If I ask for a style that Missy thinks will not look good on me she will tell me and we will work together to find something that will look stylish yet look attractive on me. I also get pedicures and manicures by Stacy and others. I was a manicurists so I am very fussy about cleanliness and technique. The Parlour calms my fears of fungus and other infections you can get from improper disinfection techniques.
I do recommend my family and friends to visit the Parlour.
Fabulous days of Pampering & Relaxation!. I have been going to the Parlour since their doors opened and wouldn't trust anyone else to do my color! I drive across town to receive monthly hair services and then always indulge with a pedicure! I can’t wait to try out the new tubs!!! The prices are reasonable, services are fabulous and atmosphere is always pleasant! Premium Service - Excellent Atmosphere. I drive 35 miles one way to have my hair done at Parlour On The Avenue. I have tried other places, but this is the only place I trust to have my hair cut before an important meeting. The service is great and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing. I highly recommend this establishment if you are interested in high quality service in a peaceful surrounding.

Beautiful Victorian decor, relaxing atmosphere and friendly courteous staff. Michelle is by far the best esthetic technician I've ever met and I've been to a lot of spas.
Facials, massage, mani/pedi are very relaxing when done by an expert. I usually treat myself to a mini-vacation and have Monica or one of the other hairdressers do my hair in the salon before heading home.
Poor customer service, Overpriced nail work. I recently got a mani/pedi at this salon and I will not be going back. I couldn't tell you the lady's name who did my nails because she barely said 3 words to me. This salon considers cuticle work an upcharge! I have never heard of anything like this before but they wanted me to pay an additional $10 per hand for cuticle work!! On top of this, I got the feeling that the manicurist couldn't get me out the door fast enough. I tipped 20% but I should have left her a penny. I recommend you take your business somewhere else.
You were a Group On Client who purchased an Express Mani/Pedi. The Salon Coordinator asked you if you wished to upgrade to a full pedi or mani for $10, you declined. Our Express mani/pedi gurantees to have the customer in and out in 45 minutes. Some clients want to relax during their pedis do not like a lot of chit chat, I appologize that the tech did not talk more. Please call and ask for me, Susan, and I will try to make it up to your.
Bridal Bliss. My whole wedding party had their hair and makeup the morning of my wedding. Manicures and Pedicures were the day before. Our hair looked great, they were so nice and let us do whatever we wanted. I brought my photographer, donuts and drinks. It was the perfect place to get ready, no snags or suprises.
