Very Comfortable and Helpfull. My husband's death was sudden and unexpected.I found myself making decisions that I had not given much thought to.Paul Avance met with my children and myself for much of the afternoon.He explained everything to us in detail.He ordered our flowers, called an atourney and made an apointment for me,contacted our minister and gave me a written statement of costs before we left.He asked us to provide him with some pictures that he edited into a lovely CD that all our family and friends enjoyed so much.I have gotten much positive feedback on our service at Avance.I can't think of one thing that I would change.

Overpriced and uncaring. I felt used and ripped off. My mom told me before she died NOT to use this home. But I didn't listen to her! Now I wish I had. The price they gave me on the phone was $3000 less then what the actual price was. They took her life insurance policy and CHARGED me a fee for that too. I wouldn't let my guppy be buried there. Jerks, uncaring, and recently fined by Ohio for consumer problems. Be forewarned.
