Anyone care to bet if Greg D. Swagler is a family member/friend of this restaurant? Check out his review. This just takes away credibility of those who are giving honest reviews.

To those bashing Milillo's...you sound like someone that owns another pizza place in Hamilton. I manage another pizza place,and I still get my pizza at Milillo's. It is by far the best pizza I have ever had. I have traveled around the world both privately and in the military, and been in most of the US states... There is NO pizza as good and consistent in quality as Milillo's. There just isn't. The place has NEVER been dirty. It's too small to get dirty!!!

And the owners and staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. They can be busy as humanly possible, and will still take time to talk to you.

I have called the BBB, to praise them, and was told they have received like 3 complaints in the last 15 years,and those were all found to be unfounded. ie..people who wanted to start crap like I think YOU do..

I have been eating Milillo's pizza for almost 40 years. And while there are some other great places in Hamilton, and around the world... This is simply the best. And the pizza I ate last night tastes EXACTLY like the pizzas I had 40 years ago. THEY DON'T CHANGE WHAT IS GREAT!!! Unlike where I work, where we have changed the way we make pizza and the sauce recipe several times in the last 20 years.

Want cheese??? They give more than any other place I have EVER eaten at. The sauce is spicy and perfect!!!! The topping ingredients are always fresh and top quality. Their lasagna, garlic bread, spaghetti, and pies are unreal!!!!

I am actually GLAD they don't deliver, because if they did, their quality would surely fall as they would have to hire MANY more people and expand to keep up with demand. And as a manager of a HUGE pizza place, that is NOT always the best thing to do.

Not Good!!!

My family and I live for Friday night pizza and appetizers. I will never try this place again. We figured it must be good food to dictate the prices they charge, but, boy were we wrong. My order was incomplete when I came for pick-up, they told me it was almost done, and made me wait while they STARTED cooking it. Meanwhile, the pizza got cold and soggy. They actually argued with me that it was my fault. the manager didn't even care to end a PERSONAL phone call to speak with me. My advice: avoid this place.
