Love my Hair

I move here from Indiana, and look for 2 years to fine a hair stylist to do my hair, Kali is very good at what she does. It was such a pleasant experience, everyone was so nice and up beat, it was so nice and refreshing. And the Price was also good, So my first visit at Serenity was a good one. I found my Hair Salon.
PS My Husband Loves my hair also.

hello i have been going to serenity for a while now, and i was very surprised by the previous reviews. I love this salon, and all of the girls are great! i feel very welcome, and i have always been overly happy with my results. They are extremely reasonible with their prices. The care that i get is above and beyond. They ask if i want a drink under the dryer, and are extremely polite when i walk in the door! I recomend this salon to anyone who loves my hair.....thats a lot of people!

I have been going to see Michelle Campbell for a few years now at serenity. I first saw her at Dillards and I love her! She is very professional, kind, she has great ideas, and a wonderful colorist. All of the girls their are great! Its a great atmosphere, and a relaxing place to get pampered for the day!

Rude and Unprofessional

Its hard to find a great Hair Stylist. One who really takes time to listen to what I want and to deliver every time. I found mine at Dillards about 6 years ago and followed her to Serenity in 08. I was not impressed then and I'm even less now. The receptionist is rude, the owner is obnoxious and the salon leaves a lot to be desired. To top it off, when my stylist moved to another salon, I received 3 phone calls in just a couple days to inform me another stylist would be happy to take care of me. No thanks, rude and unprofessional

Great stylin'

I have lived in the surrounding area for just under a year and have visited several other salons in my venture to find one with real talent. The girls at Serenity have great vision in interpreting what you want done with your style. I was very pleased and I no longer need to look for a salon!!! yipee. BTW I am a 36 year old male that hasn't stepped foot in a "barber" shop since shortly after the Navy in the late 90's!! God bless.
