Matthew Miller was very helpful in counseling me how to structure a business I had so I would have the lowest tax burden. We discussed C and S Corporations and the pros and cons and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions completely and put me at ease in my decision making. I highly recommend Matt not only for incorporating your business or any type of business question, but also on any legal matter you have.
