Good company with great customer service. Following a conversation with them today, I was even MORE compelled to write. I have never had anything but WONDERFUL customer service with Suburban. I think the lady in the office was named Peggy. She's always friendly, helpful, and compassionate. My husband has been out of work for some time and they have always been empathetic and willing to allow me to make payments. They've been our propane supplier for last 10 years and wouldn't change it! They even came to the rescue once a few years ago when we (our mistake, not theirs) allowed our tank to run out. Perhaps the customers below would "get further with honey than vinegar". I would recommend this company to others!

What a Joke!!!. This is probably one of the most poorly run companies in the Cincinnati area!! Often times your scheduled delivery is skipped over, they charge you the wrong rates (always higher than what was quoted) and their customer service is terrible. Like Cincinnati said, they all have attitudes and are incompetent!!

Use Wardway or Lykins before choosing this clown outfit!!!!!!!

Horrible pricing and service!!!. When the price of propane started to decline, Suburban increased their charges 20-25% higher than what was available in the city. As usual, when you ask what is going on they very much have an attitude that you should just shut -up and pay. I think they prey on folks who don't pay attention...just pay the monthly bill. I agree with the other review that their office staff is terrible. We have had problems with bills, etc. If you have a choice, buy your propane from another company.

Horrible customer service and bad experience all around....... This company has absolutely horrible service. They are unresponsive, and when they do respond, it is typically done incorrectly. They have double-billed us, refused to issue credits..........the drivers are generally courteous but the office staff and accounting people are 100% incompetent. Having them install a new tank at our home was almost comically bad........took us more than a dozen calls and ended up delaying our project by three extra weeks. If you can use anybody else.......even if it means using a different fuel type..........do so. You will be glad you avoided this badly orgainzed and poorly run company.
