Very positive experience. They were straightforward and honest, and know how to handle the work while providing quality service. Mr Roof A-OK with me. Recently water was pouring into my living room after a big windstorm and Mr Roof was the only roofing company that would come out on the weekend. In fact, they were the only local roofing company in Cincinnati that did not have a lousy phone machine, they actually had a live person answering who got a hold of someone immediately - saving my house.
