Bathroom was dirty on arrival. The soap in the shower had a hair on it (before either of us got in), and when I pulled back the sheets to get in bed... This is what I found (that's a dead fly)!

Attending an event here and the banquet staff is very slow, rude, and overwhelmed. I received a glare and a bad attitude for requesting more bread. The food is "meh", will never stay here again.
