Great party rental expereince. I found them doing a basic interent search for bounce houses. I went thru the website which was very informative....called and talked to someone in the office who walked me thru the website and helped me decide on the package that i chose....which was the Princess combo package that included a princess combo bounce and two yard games i added to the package a popcorn and cotton candy machine with the popcorn and sugar to make the cotton candy also. They took my payment info and emailed me the contract which i mailed back to them they told me my order would be deliverred the day before.....2 guys arrived apprx 1pm on friday set up the games and the bounce and showed me how to work the two machines i rented they told me they'd be back sat evening (my party was sat from 12-4pm) they picked it all up Sat at 8pm.....all in all great experience they games were HUGE the pics make them look smaller the Bounce was huge colorful and easy and quick to inflate?deflate...the popcorn maker and cotton candy machine worked just like they said and were very easy...and they have NO LIMITS on the rental time so basically my kids had a party for two days....
