Don't rely on this place. Update:02/09/12 Unreal...They received my mothers release (to authorize records release ) 7 days ago and they still have not yet faxed the papers. I called them and they said "someone is doing it now". Well, I gave them three hours to complete this request (plus the previous 7 days) and they still HAVE NOT sent the fax. Again, this service is inexcusable. Don't put yourself or your loved ones in the hands of these "JACK-WAGONS".

Oh, and they are VERY CONFRONTATIONAL on the phone when you try to deal with them.

Wow...we moved my parents to this area and they needed oxygen supplies. We tried using this place for 3 months and nothing but problems. Attitudes from all the staff members and mix ups in supply shipments some never came. I do not recommend this place. More trouble than its worth.…
