DON"T STAY IN THIS DUMP!!!. First if you pay with a bank card they will overcharge you. They charged us twice for our stay and after we got home and saw what they had done. We called and asked about it ans was told." WE ALWAYS OVERCHARGE PEOPLE THAT USE BANK CARDS AND YOU "MIGHT" GET YOU MONEY BACK IN 10 DAYS!! Who does that. Also the room was very dirty and we had NO internet service and called the front desk and was told They didn't have the time to check on things like that. We tried to call room service 3 times and kept getting voice mail. I have already made a complaint against them with the BBB. They already have 3 other ones this year!

cheap and it shows. it was cheap and you get what you pay for!Hotel is run down,indoor pool was shut down by the health board,on our second day there about 60 people were waiting on the shuttle to go over to kings island and it never came! we walked.also the showers do not drain well
