We had Chandler Construction do our driveway and we are extremely happy. He came back and did our barn and made my husband dance for joy .Highly recommend them .

UNHAPPY customer. We had Chandler Construction replace an existing patio in February and we are unhappy with the job they did for the following reasons:

1. patio is actually smaller than the original

2. color we ordered (taupe) looks like dried concrete

3. tore up yard and told us afterwards they dont do landscaping

4. depth of concrete in some areas is not 4.5 inches

5. John said he would come back to look at deck and as yet he has not.

6. worker left construction nails all over the place that I had to go around picking up

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

On a positive note: They were courteous and timely.

My neighbors are jealous now!!!. Have to say that chandler construction llc went above and beyond to get my job just right i guess my job took longer than expected on 8/23/2011 and he was not able to get to his next job in time. But my driveway looks amazing my neighbors are so jealous now they are scheduling there driveways to get done now lol.......

owner of chandler construction. i am the owner of chandler construction.With the review that someone has left. You can not make everyone happy.iI gave a bid and told them it would be some time before i did the job.So i could line up some other smaller jobs in that area. So that i could save them some money.They became impatient and tryed to tell me my schedule.She forgets to tell you about me calling her husband and telling him why we did not show up. there are allways two sides to a story she called on 8-23 and was very rude.I told her then she could get somebody else.You can tell how people act how they are going to be on the job .IT does not matter how good of a job i would of done for her. She was not going to be happy.some times it is better not to do a job.I still have A+rating with the better business bureau.And a 5stare rating with service magic.been in business for 100 years we must be doing something right. you just can not make everyone happy
