great. Had a great day with the limo my family and I enjoyed the limousine. It was what we had been looking for in months. The company is great and great service to you.
Themed birthday plans RUINED!!!!. On 1/24/12 I contacted Savannah Nite after viewing their fleet via website. I chose the Armored limo and booked it for my birthday Saturday 1/28/12 putting down a $250.00 deposit by cc with a remaining balance of $413.00 due the night of the event upon arrival. I received the drivers name and contact number (Shawn) and confirmed the pickup/drop off locations and time which was 9pm. I came up with a theme and bought mask and a case of wine for my Birthday event. We would be picked up from one bar and dropped off at another club where we would meet our spouses and the party would continue. I then decided to pay the remaining $413.00 by cc so I wouldn't have to worry about having all that cash on me the next night. The next day was Saturday 1/28 and I receive a call at approx. 9:01pm from Shawn stating that we had a problem. He stated that the Armored car was down but he was outside with another vehicle. As I approached I realized that it was a regular party bus with a pole (which had nothing to do with my theme lol) Not laughing at the time I asked why hadn't I been notified at the time the problem occurred at least to have been prepared or asked suggestions on another vehicle. The driver stated that a upgrade was allowed which made me angry because I was quoted a lower price for this vehicle when I was making my reservations, I then asked him to call someone from the office. A call was then made to me on my cellphone stating what did I want the driver to do...leave or go on as planned (in an mean tone) showing no sympathy at all. I stated my dissatisfaction and told her I didn't want the DOWNGRADED and to please refund my cc $663.00she stated ok and to date I have only received $413 and can not get a return call from the owner which I have tried to reach several times..…

Reviews Reviews Reviews. Wow Wow accusing another company with what is hearsay. You bad mouth every company under the sun then to get on the web and go at it again! Then you speak of Karma how can you get on here and make false accusations and say Karma is a BITCH. Then speaking of a glass house are you serious when I know for a fact when people call your shady company and say they have a quote from one of your competitors you bash them something terrible. I get on here look at reviews that call your owner a drug dealer talking about throwing stones at a glass house. Reviews, Reviews, Reviews. Hello everyone! I just want to let everyone know that these negeative reviews were posted by a local competitor named Motrtoys Limo service. That shady owner Tom will not stop bashing this company because he wants to be just like them. He has taken it as far as creating websites and making calls to the DOT and other places. He is mad because the people that work for us will not come work for him. Tom is a smart man and if he would focus on his own company he would have a nice service. If you noticed he canceled his google places acount and other wedding reviews sites because of all the negative feed back his company recieves. I hope customers will do their homework and go visit the comapanys and see which one works best for you. Like I said the negative reviews you read about A Savannah Nite are all false and posted by him. I think it is very sad that a proffesional man could sit and bash a local competitor of his this way. Some of his cars have been deemed unsafe by the DOT. He was also fined for not doing random drug test on his drivers as well. All public record. He had a guy at Best Buy in Mason Ohio stealing parts to put into his limos sound system when the guy got fired for that he hired him as a driver and then put his wife in the office. The funny thing is that couple ended up stealing a lot from him and fled the city. Wow karma is a bitch. Tom also has a son with down syndrome. He charges the down syndrome organization for limo service instead of donating it but he takes advantage of their services. His family owns multiple funeral homes throughout the city and they refuse to use his service because of the way he does business. Make sure you read his contract carefully has he has a bunch of hidden charges such as you book more than 6 months out(which most people do) he has the right to raisse their price. He charges for going outside of the 275 loop. He charges 75 cents a mile. Make sure you stay away from his shady compay ( Motorotys Limousine Service) and make sure you read the contract carefully. Tom you shouldnt throw stones when you live in a glass house. Tom please leave other companys alone and focus on your own!!!!…
