Incredibly RUDE!. First the sales guy was INCREDIBLY rude, he would cut you off mid-sentence then give you an attitude. The manager was incredibly rude as well and basically said it's not my problem, definately not a way to keep or treat customers, especially when the problem was covered under warranty. It was like talking to a bunch of 5 year olds! NEVER GO THERE, tri-county and fairfield commons have been the ONLY places where you get polite service people!
