Cinco de Mayo Rip-off.
Was very excited to spend May 5th at this restaurant. I always had wonderful food before. But this night was so crowded and soon I discovered the drinks at the bar were different from the norm when dining. We had an approximate 1 1/2 wait, since our name was overlooked (like 3 pages earlier). Two beers normally $4.25 each were $5.00, so as we were still waiting for a table, I decided not to tip esp. since they just made $1.50 off me. Boy was I surprised that when I read my bank statement, they tipped themselves $3.00. As far as I'm concerned, that is stealing!! We then had dinner I only hope that dinner bill wasn't "fixed", since a nice tip was already included. I don't know if it is legal to charge different prices for drinks whether you're waiting at the bar for a seat than it is when seated, but I think it is highly unethical! My fiance tried to remedy this problem for me, because he is much calmer than I am and he was hung up on twice, before he even got to the part of the bartender "tipping" herself. I will definetly report this to the BBB. No longer friends DOS AMIGOS!!@!
