Disgustingly Rude!. The owner of this place wants to act like he is a famous stlyist in NY, and treats the Cincinnati customers like they are a hassle. While I was in there getting my hair done, not only was he rude and dismissive towards me, but I witnessed him scream like a maniac a girl right after she sat down. I could not believe any adult would act like that. He literally was yelling and cussing even as she quietly left. Anyone who treats their customers like that will undoubtedly be out of business soon.

Don't waste your money!. Johnny, If only you were this pleasant to the customers in person, you might not be so desperate for business. I was completely disgusted by the way I was treated at your "salon". You are an extremely rude and vulgar man with no sense of customer service. I have had a better customer experience at a gas station in Over-the-Rhine than at this place. So, you have a very appropriate saying, I just wonder how many people in the world you actually Please with your attitude

Worst salon and brazillian blowout in the area. This place is absolutely horrible! First, they were all very rude and ignored me for 10 minutes. Then when I finally got my appointment with the "stylist"/owner, he was snooty and the brazillian blowout burned my eyes, gave me nosebleeds for a week, and to top it all off it only lasted a month, while they claim it lasts 4 months. I have had multiple blowouts done at other salons, and never had this happen. Don't waste your money, go to a legitimate salon!
