I'm a new women!. When my neighbor told me about this new salon going in the walton towne center I drove past there and was inticed to go in. I was amazed at the atmosphere and professional service I received. I plan on making this my salon! Thank you girls for treating me like one of your own!

amazing salon. I vistited Genesis Salon for the first time the other day to get highlights and a cut. This is the best my hair has ever looked! the staff is exceptional, and very professional. My stylist was amazing and I felt very comfortable with her. The owner even came over to meet me and welcome me to the salon. i will definatley go back and refer everyone I know there. I can't believe anyone would write such an awful review...this is the best salon I ever been to. AMAZING!!!!

awful awful awful. ATROCIOUS! I just moved here.. thought a full service spa/salon looked great. My husband was taking care of our two boys so it was mom's fun day. What a HORROR! I had a stylist who said she knew what she was doing. I have dark hair with highlights.. she said she could do it without heat .. I was skeptical.. first time.. nope.. orange.. second time. nope.. orange.. third time. NOPE>> ORANGE HAIR.. this was coming in with perfect highlights working with my stylist in TX to maintain it in good shape. AFTER SEVEN HOURS.. i left with orange highlights and a meek apology for a free conditioning treatment. THE OWNER did my nails and toes.. and never ONCE came over.. she saw me there for 7 hours.. no apology.. discount.. check on why I was there for so long.. my stylist went and got food while i had my pedicure.. and no one cared about me. Needless to say. after paying the $150.00.. i left NO TIP. I will never return and I will advise anyone who asks about my experience. I even emailed the store to advise.. and no response. AWFUL! what a horrible day!
