A boisterous, all-ages crowd of pasta lovers pack this energetic Italian spot, where chefs clad in white hats and red scarves keep diners wide-eyed by showing their moves in the busy open kitchen. The menu boasts family-sized portions of hearty traditional fare, from antipasti, chicken and pasta dishes to seafood, steak and wood-fired pizzas. Signature plates include grilled pork chops, lobster ravioli, and penne rustica with shrimp, grilled chicken and smoked prosciutto in cream sauce.

Suprisingly good. Service was excellent. The Ceasar is bland but very fresh. Had three different entrees all well prepared. The whole wheat penne is tasty. Deserts were good. The marinara sauce is too spicy for kids but they have a big kids menu (cheap). Crowded on the weekends. House chianti is unremarkable. Coffee had a good taste but this pot was weak. We'd eat there again during the week. Reasonable value.

Great specials!. This has far better than average Italian cuisine.

Sure, they have the usual great italian fare, but they also have specials from the chef. I have never been disappointed by trying one of their specials from their specials menu. It's always a delightful gastronomic adventure.

Milano is Magnificent. I feel that this place has the best Italian in Cincinnati. There is a wide variety of choices from the Pasta Milano to the Lobster Ravioli. The atmosphere is kind of dark and has a air of romanticism to it. The chocolate cake is the best dessert I have ever had at any restaurant, ever!! Two thumbs up for Romano's Macaroni Grill.
