Roto-Rooter. I live in Fairfield Oh. I called Roto-Rooter at 6:30pm 07/07/11 and within a half hour they had a plumber at my front door ready to investigate the clogged drain in my basement. The plumber was very nice and informative. He did a very thorough job and tested the drain twice to make sure the problem was fixed. The price was high but i needed this drain fixed in a hurry because I had company in route to my house to spend the weekend with me and my family.

Overall good service. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and they arrived right on time. Will was very professional and told me up front the cost and probability of opening my drain line.

Though the problem was more than a clogged drain he gave me several options the resolve the issue. Very professional and up front with regards to what they can and cannot promise.

Rot-Rooters Plumbers 12/29/10. We called Roto-rooter around 8:30 a.m. on 12/29/10 and told them thar we had a

drainage problem and they called a plumer within the first hour of our conversation. The service that we receive was very professional, fast and courteous however the price that we had to pay was alittle pricey @$236.00 for work that was less than an hour and no parts were replaced. thank you for your fast and

courteous service.

Roto-Rooter Service 11/24/10. After a hard rain, we woke to the smell of sewage in the basement. I was pretty upset given that it was the day before Thanksgiving. I called Roto-Rooter and Rex arrived at our house within an hour and a half.

He got right to work and cleared the clog. He had several suggestions for dealing with our insurance and the city to cut our costs. He even had a clean up crew come out to give us an estimate.

Rex was very friendly and explained very clearly what was going on. I hope that we never encounter another major plumbing issue but if we do, I will be sure to use Roto-Rooter!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing. It had been years since we had Roto-Rooter come out and run a line through our main drain. We hadn't had problems, so we thought why fix what isn't broken. But our toilets had been running very slow, not flushing well and decided to call them to come out.

Steven, the technician, was really helpful and upfront. He not only snaked our main drain several times to get the roots and sludge removed, but he also snaked our floor drain and three toilets. We purchased the Pipe Shield liquid and hope that will keep things moving clearly.

It was more expensive than I had remembered, but he stayed for two hours and went over and above what we had paid for. We were very impressed and would certainly call on Roto-Rooter again in the future.

"Customer 1st" Organization!. We noticed water backing up in our basement and called Roto Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Man..... I had no idea they would even pick up the phone. The customer service was steller. They informed me that someone would be out between 2-4pm. Sure enough, door bells dings at 3pm. The service tech was professional, put on his booties and went to work. An hour later, issue is fixxed. Highly recommend these guys/gals. They are a first class organization with a "customer 1st" priority. Many Thanks, Roto Rooter!

Great, prompt service. We called Roto-rooter to clear a drain, and they did a super job. On time, polite...and best of all, they got it done! We couldn't be more pleased.

Roto-Rooter Service 06/19/2010. Service was quick and friendly. Roto-Rooter solved my sewage back-up problem once and for all and at a fair price. If you have a plumbing problem, call these guys!

Great service - good price. The Roto-Rooter service technician (Jerry) showed up exactly when he said he would. He was professional and very knowledgeable.

He was able to solve the problem (that two previous plumbers could not) in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter (and Jerry) based on this experience.

Plumbing Repairs. We were having problems with sump pump odors in the basement. The technician came and fixed the problem, along with identifing and fixing another plumbing problem he discovered while there. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the issues and fixes in great detail. We are very satisfied, and will have him back for any plumbing issues which may develop in the future
