Roto-Rooter. I recently hired a plumbing contractor to come to my home to clean a sewage backup in my basement, 10 days later I had the same problem again, of course they did not guarantee their work so I was at a loss of $315.00 total and so now I call Roto-Rooter for Help, they were right on time and very informative about any questions I had to ask, The technicians name was Andy and he was very very nice, he spent time talking to me about other options like maybe checking for a bad area in tile to keep from flowing well, also was willing to send a survey man out to check things for me but since I am trying to sell the house at this time I really didn't want to put too much money it it. I had this service work completed on 5/15/11 and the service number was 16235442,,,,Andy 1340 Knows what he is doing and gets the job done..hopefully we have no more backups, but if we do I am sure we will call Roto-Rooter again..Thanks for taking your time to read this review.…
