Very Trustworthy.
I highly recommend the Kenwood Meineke. I have been going for oil changes and other minor car repairs/tune-ups for the past five years. They have ALWAYS done a good job. Their prices are low even
if you don't come with a coupon and the guys are the nicest guys to work with.
My best experience came about six months ago when my brakes were squeaking. I thought I needed new brake pads so I took my car in. I gave them my cell number so I could walk across the street to the mall to do some shopping to kill time. Within ten minutes they called me and told me it was just dust and they dusted the pads off and put everything back together. I came back assuming I'd be charged for the labor and instead received a smile and "have a nice day!" The workers easily could have charged me for new brakes or labor in the least but they were honest and I left without having to pay a penny.
Another great experience came a few months ago when my check engine light came on. I thought it was due to my re-set button for my oil change but I couldn't get it to turn off. I stopped by and one of the guys came out and worked his magic. He sent me on my way.
Due to these experiences and the consistency of the work that the Kenwood Meineke does I again, highly recommend paying them a visit. You won't be disappointed!…
WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. As an employee of the mall, I receive a discount on basic oil changes. I have been twice before without a problem, however, I just finished getting my oil changed, and two things went wrong. ONE, after asking, they failed to refill my wiper fluid, and TWO, ALL of the cash in my coin well was TAKEN. While it only was about four dollars, I was shocked that they were bold/thorough enough to grab money, yet negligent enough to miss my fluid levels. Sadly, they have lost a customer. When confronted, Dave seemed concerned, but I don't feel comfortable enough to EVER go back. What's the point of a discount if they do a poor job and STEAL your money anyway....…
