AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!. I am a former Mechanic and I now run a free service that rates and reviews automotive repair facilities for those people who are looking for an honest a reputable place to have their vehicles repaired. I go from shop to shop with several different vehicles loaned to me from friends and family and take them in to have them inspected for possible problems. All of my finding are posted on my website which I am not allowed to list here. After visiting the Meineke on Harrison ave in Harrison Ohio I was told my vehicle was in need of several repairs totaling almost $900.00. I then took the vehicle, a 2006 Ford Taurus, back to my garage to verify the suggested repairs. Not only could I not confirm any of the recommended repairs but I also found damage to the front right brake caliper and rotor that was not previously there. Many of the parts listed on the repair estimate I was given were marked up over 200% above retail. Please, if you need you vehicle repaired, avoid this location unless you don't mind over paying for repairs and parts that you didn't need in the first place.

Good Team Working Here. All the people working at Meineke in Harrison, Ohio made me, the customer, feel important. I got the feeling that they cared about me and my car. They are friendly and communicated with me very well as I am not mechanically inclined. Their prices are very competive and they are trustworthy. Give them a try. You won't regret it. Thanks guys!

New management, Better Service.. Since the new management took over this location at the start of the year, I have nothing buy good things to say about this place. I trust them with my car and know that they are giving me a very fair price. They go above and beyond to satisfy customers and make sure you come back. I needed a hard to find part and instead of charging me dealer price ($500), they allowed me to purchase the OEM part from an online retailer for a fraction of the cost ($80). As a woman, when I walk into most mechanic shops I just feel uneasy, but these gentlemen truly make you feel like you're welcome there and they never talk down to you or talk you into things you really don't need. After so many hassles and so many other mechanics botching the job, I am more than happy to have found a place I can trust. Thanks again guys!!

Editorial Review. More than just mufflers, services include brakes, steering, A/C and basic maintenance like oil change, tune-ups and tire rotation.
