There are better places to enjoy films!. My wife and I went to enjoy the new Tron movie and we have had good experiences here before. We went and picked the time and was shocked to find the price to be $30 for two tickets. High but was for IMAX 3D so we went with it. We got a drink at the concessions and the teller informed us that with a larger there was free refill on the drink. However when it came time to get the refill we were told that is not possible. We were lied to and paid entirely too much to view a film with all of the phone and child play noise. We understand that kids will be kids and people do forget about their phones. Why lie to sell something?

Used to be nice. This was a nice "escape" from the Showcase Cinema Norwood crowd. When that closed, the crowd migrated to this one. People talking on phones and to each other. Kids too young to sit through a movie quietly and parents that think its ok for their kids to kick the back of your chair. If you want to enjoy a movie, its worth the drive to go furthur out.

more talking than movies here. if you want to see a movie this is the wrong place. if you want to talk on your cell phone and all talk to all the people next to you, than this is the place for you. I have complained about it for a long time to the staff to no avail. late showings are the worst. the last show they dont show previews and often start it early so they can leave early. they should have spent less money on plasma tvs and more on security. this is the worst theater in town.

An excellent theater. Showcase Springdale is a great theater to go to. It's very clean, no sticky floors. Stadium-style seating with a slight recline. Giant clear screens free from marks or blemishes.
