We had a smelly dirty drian back up in our storage area this morning, and because I am handicapped we had to have someone take car of it. We call Roto rooter at 10am saturday morning and Arron arrived by 11am He was a complete professional and he took care of the problem right away. He even cleaned the floor afterwards

I live on a private lane with 10 small
houses. We had the sewer line that connects our houses to the city develop a crack and the cit board of health ordered us to have it repaired. We got quotes from several plumbers around 7000-7500 each to install a patch inside the pipe and some wanted to dig up the street for close to 10K. A resident called Roto Rooter and got a quote for under 4700.
The other amazing part was that other plumbers said they would need a couple weeks to get things set up. Roto Rooter was able to do the job the day after we signed the proposal and unlike some of the other quotes, they didn't need to go into anyone's home and they didn't have to stop sewer service to the homes upstream of the repair. They used an epoxy Pipe Patch repair was done in about 5 hours, start to finish. Really great considering they were working through a manhole in our street and reparing the seam about 30' up the pipe without ever having to go into the manhole or dig up the street. Since we're a small lane, they also ensured that they kept a lane open so people could still go in and out to their homes.
Greg, their field supervisor, kept me informed of the status throughout and he and the rest of the crew were very professional.
I was impressed and will definitely use this group again for any future work.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-30-12. My Roto-Rooter plumber Joe was very helpful, did a great job and fixed the 2 problems we had and now the kitchen faucet actually works great for the first time in years, thanks to Joe. I will continue to call Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.

Andy and Roto Rooter are the best!.
We called Roto Rooter the day before and asked for a specific time- no problem. They arrived when they said they would. Andy was our technician and he conducted himself in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable way.
He worked until he located the problem and now we have toilets, showers and sinks that are not stopped up. Thank you Roto Rooter and Andy. We will call you again!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing 3/16/12. Roto-Rooter was called and were at our house within an hour. The representative that came to our house was very professional and friendly. He explained the issue thoroughly and gave us options of how to fix the problem. He was here less than an hour and did a great job.

Aaron surveyed the problem gave us a very reasonable estimate and exact time it would take to fix the leak. With there being a 1 year guarantee on all repairs Roto-Rooter will be our go to company for all our plumbing needs as well as recommend them to family and friends.
