Great Work....Fast Response. I called this morning to try and set up an appointment for an estimate at the end of the week. The customer service representative was helpful and she sent out a technician within about two hours of my call. The technician came out and completed the work the same day. The worker replaced my garbage disposal and it runs great. I am very pleased and will use Roto-Rooter again.

Great service. I just had an emergency with a stopped up bathroom tub. I called Roto-Rooter and set up an appointment for the next evening. I recieved a call from dispatch saying when the plumber would be out. He came within an hour of the call. He was very professional and gave me the quote on my options. He had my tub working in less than an hour and I will call Roto-Rooter for my next plumbing need.

Rotot-Ruter Plumbers 1-24-12. If you're looking for plumbers in Cincinnati, Ohio, look no further. I have used these guys a couple of times and they always do a professional job. And just as important as doing the job right, they shoot you straight with no B.S. Always courteous and professional.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/24/2012. i used roto-rooter in cinti. ohio on 1/24/12..I am in shock due to the CHARGE!!!!.they did a great job and arrived on time, but my only complaint is that i had purchased a kitchen sink for $100.00 and a new faucet and it cost me almost $600.00 just for them to install it! They sent out " 2 " guys for this simple job which i don't understand!!! I thought this was an extreme price for such a small job!!!

roto-rooter. I finally decided it was time to get all the little plumbing problems fixed in my house. I called, the plumbers came hours later when promised by the phone receptionist. I explained all the things that needed to be done. Wobbly toilets, 4 sinks that needed tightening up, and to see if we could get more water pressure. Paul quoted me a price and got right to work. Very professional,very thorough, and cleaned up after himself. I will be using again.

Roto-Rooter - A Plumber My Mother Would Love. So I remember their commercial and Roto-Rooter song from back when I was a kid and didn't have to think about using them. My parents took care of the adult stuff.

Times have changed. . . now I have my own house to worry about. . . and unlike when I was a kid, I now know what Roto-Rooter is all about.

The symptom was a backed up drain in my basement. The cause was tree roots invading my sewer pipe.

Phone service is professional - everyone arrived on time so the rooting could begin. I was provided a diagnosis and cost upfront so I could agree or not agree before the service is performed.

I'm happy to say the problem was resolved in under two hours. Additional diagnosis (cost free) was to determine if there were additional issues. Using a camera deployed down the drain, we found that there were some draing issues lurking under my lawn. Two proposals and costs regarding long term resolution were provided.

The immediate problem was resolved and future problems diagnosed. All this with no sales pressure. What more can you ask for. I would use them again if / when needed. I would also be comfortable with my own mother using them : )

Professional and effective!. We were having an issue with our floor drain overflowing and backing up into our basement. We scheduled an appointment for Roto Rooter to come out. Jerry arrived right on time, and explained that it was likely the sewer pipes have been penetrated by roots. After discussing our options, Jerry got to work on our sewer line. In less than an hour, he able to remove the roots and restore our sewer to working order! Very professional and friendly - I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Cincinnati Oh Drain Clog. My kitchen sink drain was clogged right before Christmas and we were in the middle of baking Christmas cookies. It was about 7:30PM and we needed a plumber to fix the drain so we called the Cincinnati Ohio Roto-Rooter location. They showed up first thing on Sunday morning and cleared the drain. David, the service tech, was extremely helpful and unclogged the drain and even checked a few other drains to make sure everything was draining properly. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for all of your plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter. I liked being able to schedule an appointment online after business hours. Calls from their main office kept me aware of when they would be arriving. The technician was polite and careful about bringing equipment into our home and quickly opened the basement drain. We have used Roto-Rooter before and have been very satisfied.

Great Service Day After Christmas. My basement drain was plugged on Christmas day. I needed a plumber! I called Roto-Rooter first thing Monday after Christmas. Mark who arrived on time was polite and clear about the problem then went straight to work clearing the main cleanout drain with auger. Afterward he cleaned up and kindly explained about he would send a camera to look inside drain for any damage because he cut a lot of roots out. I was really nervous, but the camera proved that there were no major breaks or cracks in drain. Root x and a high pressured jet cleaning will prevent them from coming back, the technician informed me, so I will definitely have them back. Take my word for it ... Roto-rooter is professional and quickly got me back to not worrying about my drain, you won't be sorry.
