Mason Ohio's Best Kept Secret. This place needs to be visited to be appreciated. My wife and I went to the Motel 6 there on Bardes Rd. for a "mini-vacation" and did not feel like going out for dinner. We decided to order take-out from the Tasty Indian Restaurant there in the motel. One of my favorite Indian dishes is egg curry, but it was not on the menu. I asked the owner/manager about that and he assured me that he could make me some. So we ordered some egg curry, tandoori chicken, sheek kabob and a chicken boti roll, all with a spiciness level of 5 (on a scale of 1 to 10). We ordered sweet cheese and garlic naan (pita bread) to eat with (in place of silverware).

The food was ready in twenty minutes. We only intended to eat the appetizers and then take a break, saving the rest of the food for later, but everything was so fresh and delicious that we kept gorging ourselves until we were stuffed. It's rare to encounter food that good, especially at a place you are trying for the first time. I am writing this review because my wife and I are ordering take-out there again tonight, and plan to be repeat customers for some time to come. Definitely give this place a try! You will not be disappointed.

Recommend trying there "Sheek Kabab, Chicken Tikka, Briyani. Very good. I never eat, fresh kabab in the State

Tasty prepares fresh kababs.

Great Daal (Lentil Soup). Very nice spices. Big restaurant.

Don't let the location put you off - the food is EXCELLENT!. Great Food, Nice People - Definitely Check it Out

While the location (sharing a building with the local Motel 6) is rather unassuming, the food is excellent. I'm always looking for a good Indian place, and I'll definitely be coming back to Tasty Indian Cuisine.

Everything we ordered clearly arrived within a minute of being finished. When I asked for my chicken vindaloo to be a 15 on a spiciness scale of 10, they did exactly that, and it was lovely. Everyone was very friendly and happy to see us, and all the food, from the samosas (just the right level of crispiness/flakiness on the crust) to the naan and the vindaloo was delicious.

A note for those who like their spice a bit milder - if you are used to ordering a 2 (out of 10), you might want to make it a 1. Their base level of spiciness is apparently a bit higher than a lot of places. If, on the other hand, you want it extremely spicy, they are very happy to oblige!

The bread is hot and tast really good. The atmosphere is nice.They really pulled out all the stops on their chicken! I've never tried any chicken that tasted so good as theirs.The owners are really sweet and very friendly.If you are not sure of something on their menu you can ask them they will explain it.If you don't like things to spicy let them know they really try to fix the food for your taste buds.Hope you enjoy!
