Deceiving and poor customer service

I went to the dealership and saw a car I liked but didn't want to be hassled by salesman. I went home and looked the car up on their website they advertised special internet only "e-pricing" but it was the same price as the salesman on the lot told me.

I wrote through the website asking several questions and received what was obviously a form response from their internet salesman. I asked again and he told me that he wouldn't talk to me unless I was willing to come in.

Even after I asked to be removed from their mailing list they continue to send me junkmail.

• Cons: mostly form responses, refuse share details until you visit

Great Service, Low Pressure

The guys at Northgate really helped my family find the right car. They were low pressure, and went out of their way to make a deal. Even when it seemed like we might not come to an agreement, the sales staff went out of their way to earn our business. Being stuck in a gaz guzzling SUV, they helped put me into a great car, good money on my trade and good financing even with my bad credit. They walked me through it step by step, when other places basically blew me off. I went to another unnamed dealer, and was treated very poorly. These guys at Northgate are great. Definatly a customer for life.

• Pros: Made it easy, no pressure, free soda
• Cons: Only carry used cars and new lincoln, mercury and vw's
