OMG!!! Elements Spa @ Great Wolf Lodge. I walked into Elements Spa today for an interview and was "POINTED" down the hall to human resource by the manager of the Spa! When I was in public relations I NEVER pointed someone to a place or item were inquiring about. That's just horrible customer service. I escorted them over to where they needed to go. After going through the process of filling out employee paperwork, not completely finished, the manager of Elements came to Human Resources to interview me. Guess what!!! YES she read questions verbatim from an interview script. Not making eye contact because she was reading....Not only was that bad....but the questions were of nothing to do with being an Esthetician. Plus there was no possitive interaction at all! By that I mean I felt as if she just didn't even want to bother with me due to her cold demanor, having no interest in my background. She asked me to finish filling out the several page application. When I finished I handed it to her and she quickly walked out of the room. I heard her talking to someone in HR and about a minute later she just cut the interview off and wisked me to the door! I felt like I said or did something wrong! As far as communication ... WOW...I'm completely puzzled at how GWL can keep this spa going and offer complete client satisfaction with the cluless manager Sylvia. Also, as far as looking professional....nope. Estheticians don't wear tons of flashy jewelry while working. You can injure the client.

I realize this is a post on customer satisfaction but I thought this would help in some round-about way....

Great place to stay. Great fun for the family, the kids had a blast. if you don't wear yourself out during the day at the water park there are plenty of other things to do. It is a little on the high end for price but worth it in my book.

Me likey. A little too expensive but overall a great experience. Water park is outstanding and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.. Good times, man
