The rent is pretty good...

I've been a tenant at the apartment building acquired by Harkavy Properties for many years and have enjoyed living here because the rent is reletavely affordable. However, as of late, the conditions of this property are not what they once were. It is approximately 12:00 am, and it is 41 degrees outside. I have (and no other tenant in this particular building has) no water and no heat. My water is off because this company doesn't want to pay for the necessary part to fix the problem, and my heat is off because this company doesn't want to turn the heat on according to the property manager. I am assuming this is to cut costs, but I could be wrong. Therefore, my rating for this company is pretty low t this time. There is no reason that a company shouldnt provide heat in a heat paid apartment when the rent is paid when due, and it is 41 degrees outside. Nor should tenants be denied water because of the cost of maintenance; for tenants do not deny this company rent money because of cost of living unless we are willing to face eviction.
