i love jag's the people are very friendly nice, and have amazing prices i got there all the time and take my kids there if you want the best artwork for good prices i recommend jag's !!!

i love my tatt. I love my tattoo. Jag did my tatt over 15 years ago and recently I had more art done by Chris though i had to return to get it touched up I love it. Its original and tho im a fairly dark skinned person he made all colors show up clear on my skin

Better service the second time. Jag 864 is a semi- reputable company although I was happy with my first visit to the shop the quality of customer service went down as I spent more time there. After spending almost $400 on tattoos at this location I asked the artist to draw another tattoo up for me. I provided three detailed examples of ideas I liked and explained what I liked about each drawing. After two weeks of waiting and asking if it was finished I was giving a tracing of one of the photos with minimal detail. There were minimal changes to the picture and the artistic ability left something to be desired.

I was very disappointed in the amount of effort that was put into the drawing and in the extended amount of time that he took onit. I came to find out that the reason it took so long is because he was leaving the shop to attend to other activities such as having drinks at the local bar or taking naps. Even though the artist did do a good job on my first tattoo I would not recommend going to this artist, if you are looking for speedy or a detailed idea at the tattoo you will be getting.

On the other hand this company dose have another location (Mt. Airy).Which is their main location. After I had such a bad experience with there North College Hill location I approached the owner of the Tattoo shop at there other location. He went out of his way to make sure that I was completely taken care of and received the tattoo that I wanted in a timely manner. He even did the tattoo himself to make sure that it was done completely and correctly in a timely manner. He also did this right away. I waited only an hour for him to draw up the tattoo and the tattoo that he drew was exactly what I had asked for. I really appreciated the fact that the owner would care so much about his customers as to take time out of his busy day to do a tattoo because a customer was not happy. I would recommend this location to anyone. An actually since this experience I have recommended this location to friends and plan to go back to this location. I know also that the owner took appropriate action towards the tattoo artist that I had originally dealt with.
