sounds to me like sabotage. Sounds to me like some sabotage is going on here...I've been to Portofino several times and the food is great! The people are nice too, but I've only gone during the day, when the owners are there...nice people. Sometimes they do seem rushed, but only because they get super-busy at lunch time and it's just the two of them trying to handle all the orders. That's my take anyway. I did talk to the owner one time about how they should hire more help and he told me they had several problems finding "good workers" and they had problems with some employs stealing. It sounds to me like an angry ex-employ is leaving bad feedback and getting his/her personal friends to do the same thing. True shame. Also, I'm very sad to see that they just sold/left! Not sure if another pizza place will be replacing it, but I will miss their yummy food :(

Not Recommended. The owner is not a nice man. the food is not bad but poor customer service will ruin it every time. He was just extremely rude

So Good. If you like pizza and happen to be visiting the 'Nati, go to Portofinos pizza on Chase Ave. It takes a while to be made, but has fresh ingredients and is the best pizza ever.
