Just plain awful. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT ANY BRIDAL SALOON! AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY, YOUR SCREWED. ALL OF OUR BRIDESMAID DRESSES WERE ENORMOUS. NOT TO MENTION WE HAD TO SPEND AN EXTRA $75-$100 TO GET THEM REMAID. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND LAZY. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANY OF THEIR PROMISES ( COST, SIZE, DATE OF DRESS ARRIVAL AND MAILING THE DRESSES TO THOSE OUT OF TOWN) THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS AN ABSOLUTE MESS! IT WAS SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO VISIT THIS SALOON!

Highly recommended. I had such a great experience when I visited the store. The quality and selection of the dresses surpassed anything that I had seen elsewhere. The staff was so fun to work with and helped me choose styles that worked perfectly for my bridesmaids.

Bad Experience. My sisters and I went to Carrie Karibo to find bridesmaid dresses. We were very happy to select long dresses for both of them in blue silk shantung. The sales associate wrote down our order and the price quote of $265 for each dress. All's well, right? Wrong. A couple days later, my sister calls to pay for her dress and is told that there was a mistake and the dress is not available in the color and fabric we chose. Alright, we select different long dresses that are available and again are quoted $265 per dress and my sister orders and pays for her dress. All's well now, right? Wrong. A couple of weeks later, my friend calls to order her dress and is told that WE (!) are mistaken about the price and it is actually $311!! I call the shop and speak with the sales associate who tries to convince me that we told them we wanted short dresses. No, actually the WRITTEN quote states LONG dresses in blue silk shantung for $265 and my sister already paid for her LONG dress at this price. The end to the story -- the store refused to honor the price they quoted in writing and charged for my sister's dress. We canceled our order and are getting dresses through a different store. If they bungled our order this much on the front end I can only imagine the bungling when the dresses are actually supposed to arrive.

Fantastic Options!. I didn't want my wedding to look "cookie cutter" and this was definitely the place to shop! Even my mom ended up getting her dress there. We had been shopping in several other stores and there was so much pressure to buy and make a decision, I felt like I was just another sale to them. They were so great here- I felt like they were really listening to me and what my vision was for the wedding party. They helped me in choosing the styles for my bridesmaids and I also found a rehearsal dinner dress . The ladies there were patient and knowledgeable- I didn't feel pressured at all. This is definitely the place to do your dress shopping.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL!. A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO ME AND TWO OF MY BRIDESMAIDS AND OUR MOTHERS WENT TO THE BRIDAL DISTRICT TO LOOK FOR BRIDAL GOWNS. WE WENT TO CARRIE'S AND FIRST WALKING IN I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS GORGEOUS.THEN THE TWO EMPLOYEES GREETED US AND WE WERE LIKE OK. I WASN'T FOUND OF THE DRESSES BUT I'D FIGURE WE WOULD TRY SOME ON ANYWAYS CAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW, RIGHT. WELL ALL WAS OK UNTIL I WENT TO CHECK ON ONE OF MY BRIDESMAIDS WITH HER MOM AND SHE WAS UPSET. I ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG AND SHE SAID THE TWO LADIES WERE IN ANOTHER ROOM SNICKERING AND ONE OF THEM HAD MADE A RUDE COMMENT ABOUT MY GIRLS' WEIGHT! AND ON TOP OF THAT, THEY WERE VERY PUSHY AND ALMOST TO THE POINT OF DESPERATE FOR A SALE. WE KEPT SAYING OK THAT'S IT AND THEN SHE WOULD RIP OPEN ONE OF THE GIRLS DRESSING ROOM CURTAIN WITHOUT WARNING THEM AND THEY WOULD BE UNDRESSED! SHE WAS PRACTICALLY THROWING DRESSES IN THEIR FACES. THEN FINALLY I HAD TO END IT AND SAY WE HAD AN APPOINTMEN ELSEWHERE AND THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE! SO DUE TO THIS EXPERIANCE I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM CARRIE KARIBO BRIDESMAID. I SINCERLY HOPE THAT NOBODY ELSE WILL EVER HAVE TO EXPERIANCE THAT TOO. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Best kept secret. What a great place! I was feeling a little overwhelmed while dress shopping and I happened to find this place in a magazine. I stopped in and I can't tell you how glad I am that I did! I was there with my mom to look for bridesmaids dresses, and ended up finding my gown, my mom's dress and my flowergirls too! We were impressed with the selection of dresses they had there...and I think we found great options for all of them! I think they might actually wear them again! And I can't wait to wear my gown, it is gorgeous! The ladies that helped us were great and made my experience so special. I would definitely recommend it!
